The Service lets you create tier lists in your browser for free. You may use it for personal and commercial projects. You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt or interfere with its normal operation.

You are responsible for the images and content you upload and rank. Because tier lists are created locally in your browser, we do not store your uploads. You must have the right to use any images you add, and you agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. The tier lists you create remain yours.

5. Prohibited conduct

Tier lists are created by users, and any brand names, characters, or images referenced in a tier list belong to their respective owners. We do not review or endorse the content of individual tier lists, and referencing a franchise or brand within a ranking does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by that brand. Tier List Maker Online is not affiliated with, authorized by, or sponsored by any game, anime, sports league, or media franchise referenced within user-created tier lists.

12. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the operator’s place of residence, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
